The problem we kept meeting

For ten years, ProMonkey Technologies has built custom software for businesses across India, the US, UK, Singapore and beyond — 400+ projects, 150+ clients. And in almost every engagement, we met the same quiet crisis: growing companies drowning in hiring.

The founder screening CVs at midnight. The office manager doubling as an interviewer. The great candidate lost because nobody called back for eleven days. Hiring wasn't failing because these teams didn't care — it was failing because nobody's actual job was to do it.

So we built her ourselves

Pratibha began as our own internal hiring agent at ProMonkey. We needed to hire developers, and we were too busy building software for clients to run a proper pipeline. So we did what we always do: we built the software.

She wrote JDs. She read every CV. She called candidates and interviewed them in whichever language they were comfortable in. She handed us scored reports instead of a pile of PDFs. Our hiring went from a weekend-eating chore to a twenty-minute approval routine.

Then our clients saw it. And they all asked the same question: "Can she do that for us?"

Pratibha is built and operated by ProMonkey Technologies LLP, a custom operations software firm headquartered at Spaze iTech Park, Sector 49, Gurugram — founded in 2016 by a developer-turned-founder with 14+ years in IT services. ProMonkey builds proprietary data and AI systems for businesses in freight, staffing, education and D2C commerce.
