Pratibha is an online software service, so nothing is shipped. Here's how and when you get access after you pay.

No physical shipping

Pratibha is software you use online. There's nothing to ship and no shipping charges.
Pratibha is a software service delivered online through pratibha.tech. We don't sell or ship physical goods, and there are no shipping or delivery charges.
When you get access
In plain words
Your plan activates within minutes of a successful payment.
Free trial. Available as soon as you sign up and verify your email address.
Paid plans. Activated immediately after your payment succeeds, usually within a few minutes.
Top ups. Added to your account as soon as your payment succeeds.
You'll receive a payment confirmation and a GST invoice at your billing email address.
Where the service is available
In plain words
Online, from anywhere in India.
Pratibha works from anywhere with an internet connection and is designed for hiring in India. Candidates need only a phone to take an interview.
Onboarding sessions
In plain words
If your plan includes guided onboarding, we'll schedule it with you after you subscribe.
If your plan includes guided onboarding, we'll contact you within 3 business days of your subscription starting to schedule it. Sessions are held online, by video or phone call.
If access doesn't arrive
In plain words
Paid but not activated within 24 hours? Write to us and we'll fix it or refund you.
If your paid plan or top up isn't active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email info@pratibha.tech with your payment reference. We'll activate it promptly or, if we can't, refund the payment in full as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
